Species: Corn Snake

Corn Snakes are often found around pine forests, hills, and farms. They are most active at night and although they tend to stay on the ground, they are also known to climb.

Killing prey by constriction, they are known for feeding on the small rodents which raid farm ‘corn stores’, hence the name.

It can grow to an average length of 1.5m.
